Can I get a refund on a plan or pack?

Plans and packs aren’t refundable once paid, as our Refund policy says. Pack credits stay usable for 12 months, and a plan’s credits for their month.

Don’t want the next month? Cancel the plan any time and it won’t renew. See Change or cancel my plan.

Two things we always fix: credits for a video that failed come back on their own, and if you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the extra payment.
