A plan adds credits every month at the lowest price per credit and renews until you cancel. A pack is a one-time top-up whose credits last 12 months. You can have both; the credits closest to expiring are used first, so plan credits go before pack credits.

Yes, from Account → Credits → Manage billing. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, then stops; nothing renews after that.

Failed runs are refunded in credits automatically. Credits are added the moment you pay, so plans and packs aren’t refundable, except where the law requires it. Charged twice by mistake? Message us and we refund the extra charge.
