Change or cancel my plan

Go to Account → Credits and tap Change plan to pick another size, or switch between monthly and yearly. Manage billing is where you cancel, update your card and download invoices.

A bigger plan starts straight away: you pay the difference for the rest of the period, prorated, and the extra credits for this month land at once. A smaller plan, or a change between monthly and yearly, starts when this period ends. Changed your mind before then? Open Change plan and tap Keep my current plan. Need more before then? A credit pack works on top of any plan.

While a switch is waiting for the period to end, keep your current plan first if you want to cancel.

Cancel any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, your credits work until then, and it doesn’t renew. Changed your mind? Turn it back on from the same page before it ends.

Canceling doesn’t refund the period you’re in, and it doesn’t touch pack credits: they keep their 12 months.
